Again using the UN tents as an example, the Purchase order received in July 2016 will only fully be reflected in the April 2017
- Sales commence in Sept 2016
- Receipts commence in Jan 2017
- 3 months of receipts by March 2017
- 3 months of receipts finally released to market in the April 4C

That is a 9 month delay.

I suspect they have a lot of signed contracts and can be confident of their revenues. Unfortunately this is not reflected in the 4C, and perhaps not even in the half yearly if sales are commencing post June 30th (would not surprise me given they are only moving into the new factory in Q3 and ramping up sales from that point).

There is likely a 9 month mismatch between those investors using the 4C to value the the stock (AJX bears), and the investors using purchase orders / clients to value the stock (AJX bulls). This will cause a lot of volatility with plenty of ammunition for both camps. In fact if you look at the chart over the last 9 months, the sell offs have occured after each 4C (ammunition for the bears) and then have been stabilised / gone up as other news flow gives ammunition for the bulls.

I think the next 4C will probably give ammunition to the bears also. The Jan 4C will probably not be great but should see them confirm their revenue projections. By April 2017 I think the bears will be routed. For many people, however, 9 months will feel like an eternity.

Wow, we now have a reason for it all and have to be "patient" for another 9 months.

AJX are supposed to be break even by mid year, were supposed to be in a better position by christmas last year but now you are spinning wait another 9 months.

Why not just say, we will be in a better position by end of 2017, why not, as it is always jam tomorrow.
