Hi User do not care what is fact is they are S/Nickel Mines being closed or on care and Maintenance .
MBN are in receivership to costly to operate and make money at today,s prices. POS care and Maintenance.
Indonesia to make money need to refine it and process into pots pans etc their selves to make money ,
Hence why they are building their own smelter/processing plants.
Philippines will follow suit not want to sell to China then buy it back in Pots /Pans etc. better to Manufacture
the end product as well.
