What!!!, the government in these poor country is going to spend billions of dollars on this infrastructure????? The only laterite nickel ore refinery that I know of is one in the Asia Pacific region is owned by SMM (how much do you think they will charge you for this extraction and smelter cost, if they even let you use it!!!!!!) and like you said their is still 90% that hasn't been explored in this region and they them-self already have 3 tenements so I doubt they need AVQ's laterite nickel ore.......but hell, you might as well start the TO talks now?????
