Turnbull is as dumb as they come for letting Rudd think he will be in the running for the UN position. He should of stopped it in its tracks.
He even threw his deputy under the bus.
Mind you its all of his doing. Abbott already backed the New Zealander.
All Turnbull had to do was to leave it be.
Maybe dumb is an understatement..
