Exactly...it all hinges on the IPO.

It appears clear to me management and perhaps the majority of larger shareholders want the oppies home...as evidenced by the recent on-market buying of heads by both directors.

I suspect however, while there remains doubt about the IPO, even the true supporters are not prepared to get in amongst it for fear of an IPO failure...and resulting fall back to 5c or so.

In my view, the real on-market support for an options conversion scenario will not appear until the IPO has all but been squared away, in which case the larger holders will come to the party in full knowledge of the outcome., no doubt along with the odd recipient of the IPO stock, both of whom will see the value of buying JPR anything under 33c (26c=IPO value, 7c=JPR shell value).

As I keep saying...it all comes down to the IPO...and to this end, we sit and wait...and hope for the best, just as I am sure Gander and crew are.
