Government say a lot of things don't they (even in the developed countries) and more so in developing countries (and how long will it take them to build these new processing and refinery plants????) and I wonder how much they will charge AVQ for processing of the laterite nickel ore???
Hell, if they are building these processing plants, they might as well not issue any tenements and mine and process the laterite nickel ore them-self.....if you are banking on the government to build you processing plants in a 2nd/3rd world country, lets just say LOL (even 1st world government don't build them says something doesn't it).
