They will not be going back to property as an investment, so maybe it has begun, as more and more people do the realistic sums and stop fooling themselves.

I have a few friends in the same boat, some even taking a loss, I personally think we need to stop all this foreign investment. Australia has always been about the "dream" of owning your own home and raising a family not having 5 houses leveraged till the hills or living with your parents until you are 30+
