    Back again! They did not have enough takers last time. Fees were very high. The difference between the fees this time around and last time is significant. I don't have a copy of the old prospectus anymore but my notes at the time indicate the following:

    1.75% Fund Management fee
    plus up to "0.75% expenses"
    plus 0.5% to the portfolio manager
    plus performance fee 15% (my notes also include an additional 9% at times?).

    This time around (2016 prospectus):
    1.25% Management fee (60/40 split fund manager portfolio manager)
    plus expenses such as brokerage, transaction taxes, Indian accountants
    plus 15% performance fee
