    pretty stuffed all round really. In the US I believe you can't call an internet connection "High Speed" unless it's more than 4Mb down and 1Mb up.
    I have downloads as low as 300kb [not a misprint], and uploads always in kb....

    So, our government's lack of initiative as far as tech is concerned is no surprise.... and pretty bloody sad as well.
