Hi Upstart This was such a fun and entertaining video clip! I really like the idea of these solar roadways, and understand that this technology is here now. If these solar panels with LED lights are possible for our roadways, carparks, footpaths etc, I'd be all for them. I'd hope that the powers that be would start with the roads around Sydney, as the roads at night are not as well lit up as they used to be, and some of the back roads of the suburbs are very dark at night. I've noticed that many of the streets only have streetlights on one side of the road now.
Solar panels with LED lights to light up motorways and roads everywhere would be safer, however, I'm not sure if it would be possible to have them installed everywhere? Maybe they can be in the future.It's great news that the sun will be around for another 15 billion years at least to provide us with natural, clean, and economical
energy, thank goodness. Our cities and roadways would look very pretty lit up at night with this natural energy source. I suppose we can only dream? How wonderful are the couple in the video to come up with the idea for this solar panel technology.
