I can't believe those financials are inaccurate......the only thing I can see that the directors were in the wrong was they should have told as about the 30M USD funding negotiation and that they were also trying to get the 11M USD VAT refund from the state government, and when the 30M USD funding fell through, place the mine in C&M and then continue with the 11M USD VAT refund negotiation with the state government (where they more than likely would have agreed).
