They raised $5M, thats the bottom line. If they get more funds in the future then that is great. In the last Quarter AVQ spent $3.6M so over $1M a month, but did not drill any holes or progress their feasibility study. Therefore, they will need to get drilling pretty quickly at San Jorge or not much of the $5M will go into the ground. I think AVQ has done a great job at getting value into their share price given nothing is actually happening on the ground. I take my hat off to them for that. It is interesting that a number of posters on here defend the company with religious like zeal while the majority of the funds getting raised at the moment get spent on Admin. With junior resource companies the objective is to put as much money into the ground a possible in order to progress the projects closer to getting into production. Very little of AVQ's recent money has gone into the ground. Still credit where its due, they have been excellent at ramping the share price on the back of little news.
