Well it appears the two of the three S's of the 3S media field is confirmed.
Therefore the no way CNE will not pre empt. It's only a case if FAR WILL
FAR can pre empt in two ways
1, raise the funds themselves
Or
2 be taken over and the acquiring company pays.
