    Hi.
Email to Sundance Resources dated 17 December 2014 at 8.53pm. Subject Remuneration.
Hi Jill. Hope you and your Family are well. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your Family.
Just making contact to let you know that a lot of HotCopper shareholders are not happy with the announcement of a 10% drop in remuneration, especially for Giulio. Nearer to 40% would at least show he understands how shareholders are suffering from all the missed dates the company have announced.
People are not happy with all the free performance shares Giulio obtained, with all extra items like Vehicle, Super, Incentives, etc. Giulio is on a very high wage for a none revenue earning company.
Record low Share Price, Guide line dates for Mining start up, Funding and so on just being continually extended, Three Happy Christmases in a row from George and still nothing.
The way it looks at present with waiting on Funding to be obtained by The African Bank, and the way it is to be obtained, shareholders are asking, what is Giulio going to be doing to earn his High Wage? Sitting back drinking cups of coffee they are saying.
Giulio's 10% is nothing when you take into account his total yearly package. Most probably Giulio's 10% is more than most SDL shareholders earn in a year.

With people like Giulio obtaining a High Remuneration from SDL and its shareholders, at the same time Not Buying One Share out of that High Remuneration is not saying much about the person. If it came down to one vote per share holder, Giulio would have been gone a long time ago.
I would have thought that the voting at the last AGM would have indicated what shareholders thought of Giulio and the lack of progress being made in the time lines set down by the company.

Giulio. Please lead by example. Do you really think you have earned the High Remuneration you are getting? when so many of your shareholders are suffering so much and for such a long period of time.

Sorry to be down at a time like Christmas and the New Year. My Wife and I are still holding our shares in SDL, if they go nowhere in the next 12 months, I most probably will be in the same position some other shareholders find themselves in, lost homes, broken marriages and out on their own.
I know everyone has a choice to buy or sell, but we sometimes take Company Directors by their word when they make an announcement.
For proof of time and date of this email, I can prove it.

    Regards
    Westcott.
