Realistically, with Cairn reluctant they need someone else who was also in the data room with them, that narrows it down a bit. I think its 25-75% against but I know they are pulling out all the knobs to get a deal. DOC and a biggish rise in resources is imminent, I expect that in August.
I can't understand CNE being the reluctant party. We know big portion of their available fund is already committed elsewhere and hence not liquid, maybe that's why.
25-75% is a big range, but is not a good look nonetheless.
Biggish rise, won't use that term unless it's in the 30+%. Hope it's towards WM's figure. August is good; now!
