Not sure why lot of people sold at a loss based on the current quarterly report. This is a start up company and they only released Karaoke app recently, this included 2 weeks trials period so actual revenue will appears on the next quarterly report.
Divan is delayed until August so not sure why you can't afford to wait for a few more weeks.
They still have cash so CR is very likely in 2017 not in the soon future.
