I can't get my head around why we need to p/e the CNE share if they forego.
Let's say FAR was able to p/e early and pay our $ share.
Why would we be required or need to take up the CNE p/e % if they decided they didn't want to proceed at expiry date.
It just doesn't make sense!
Nobody knows what the partnership agreement states do they.
Has FAR ever stated anything regarding
the p/e conditions.
Thoughts anyone?
