It is fantastic for ALC to be selected for talks but is it not protocol for government agencies to put out a tender before choosing a preffered infomatics supplier (if that is their intention). It may be a long process before contracts come in. Just speculating.
Also HC sent out a marketing email today saying ALC to soar.
