Does anyone here realise that the Head of Technology Alex Shapilsky only graduated uni 2 years ago? and his only relevant work experience is less than 18 months at Jacobs where his job description was:
• Analysing and processing data using Excel and Access Database
• Developing macros for processing data autonomously
• Managing client and company documents via share point media
• Coordinating national ITS forums within the company
Like honestly, I used to do this stuff when I was a graduate getting paid $50k... There is no product because management team is just straight up out of their depth.
