so Novamatic sells a gaming machine in Nth America because it gets a licence shortly, courtesy of AGI. do they then sell a Novamatic machine or an AGI machine?

they will sell the Novamatic machine as they get 100%, not 53% return.

all Nova has done is sold you a lemon as they just wanted the AGI licence by buying 53%.
they can grind it into the ground now , knowing full well they can then get a takeover price for crumbs and the 10% blocking vote is out the window.
but then again, Fred Blodge said that EPS of AGI would be 28% accretive in 2018.

ps- i think you holders would have more chance of recouping your losses if you actually chanced your hand on using one of their gaming machines. they are not 'rigged' as yet like the Nova machines.
