Many thanks for this post. In late June i bought some GEM for $3.74 and watched them rise to $3.99. I always use SP alerts and when SP started falling i read yr post on HC. This sentence put the wind up me:"I have checked two groups of 22 and 20 centres and 6 random centres. Only one of these centres is full. One out of 48. Most were displaying vacancies everyday, it may only be one vacancy or it could be ten."
The lack of transparency combined with price weakness prompted me to sell on 28/07 at $3.82. Excellent series posts re this stk from several posters.
