10c being broken is quite major
unless significant buying/support emerges (no sign of it), this is going lower
I guess the issue of another ~500m+ shares is probably the issue here ($50m worth of stock for Noveda+Zentri acquisitions).
This is significant dilution
In addition to this, $50m worth of stock is obviously dependent on the stock price... at 10c its 500m shares, at 8c it's 625m shares, at 5c it's 1b shares, and so on...
so people who want more shares have a vested interest in pushing the share price down to as low as possible over the coming months
due to lack of support/buying interest, this appears to be an easy task
guess the market has decided this company is not worth the $100m market cap for the meantime
