Don't panic just because someone dumped 1.2M shares. The overall market is down and quite a few of the other tech stocks are down as well.

We know that there was offloading from the capital raising recently and I would be happy for them to go if they are not in BUD for the long term.

Also, there has been subtle manipulation for a while now. The dump may be the last effort to shake off weak hands or it could be just an impatient investor. Anyone selling today will be making a loss which is why I question the motives of whoever it was that dumped.

Remember, once all the weak hands are out and the stock has churned sufficiently, the price will stabilize and improve. The stock market is highly manipulated and will always tell you that your stock is not worth the price you paid for it. However, the fact that they are trying it makes you think why target BUD. They target BUD because they know it is fundamentally a great stock but they go after its weakness at the moment which is revenue.

Retailers usually make the mistake of buying high and selling low. Selling now will be a big mistake. It is hard to see your stock in red but at the end of the day, it makes no difference if it is red or green until you sell.

The psychology is that it is easier to hold onto a share when it is green, not when it is red. However, the truth is that it is time to buy when it is red and sell when it is green as long as the fundamentals are still there. Again, just my opinion.

Manipulators have been keen to press on about revenue for BUD to use this as an excuse why you should sell. Even Dave has said not to expect substantial revenue until two years. Why keep bringing up revenue as an excuse when it came from the CEO? He didn't promise you revenue now and then did not deliver!

I bought in with the expectation of his land grab strategy and his 2 acquisitions have cemented my view that he knows what he is doing. Everything is good but if you fall for the manipulation tactics, and you think the sky is falling, then please sell.

I would think the December 2016 close will show a good improvement as well as the revenues combined from the 2 acquisitions. However, it is closer to 2018 that BUD will be the power house that it is. BUD will probably close some of their pipeline by end of this year.

If anyone has worked in Sales, they will be aware of the long timeline it takes to close some deals. BUD is selling an investment in IT and most investments in IT takes at least 6 months to 1 year, depending on the complexity. Capex sign off is not taken lightly.

I would only sell if you think that you can get in at a lower price but as with all lows with good stock, the downs may not last for too long.

Just keep in mind the fundamentals and let it ride.
