darshan - I changed my sentiment to hold - for the first time ever for a few reasons
a. we had less cash in that I believed we would - and, although I don't value 4C's much at all - I was led to believe that it would be good - and, Nick had said time and time again that we would be CFN by June 30 - which, I thought at the time was ?well, I believe he put his cred on the line again - and I didn't think there was much point to it -- but, he did - and that made it 2 targets that weren't hit.
I said to shareholders close to me that - I didn't give a toss if we were or we weren't - as far as the business goes - it mattered not - but, it DID matter for Nick's credibility.
b. I was and am busy with other things - so, I haven't had the time - or the energy most days to get the real story on things.
c. Parsifal and I had asked a range of questions months back when our meeting with the company didn't pan out - those questions remain unanswered to this day - although Nick is on our case for staff to hop to and answer promptly when I request from here on in ------------ the shame of it is that if those questions had been answered - I would have (more likely Parsifal - because it was in her arena) - could have been put up on HC in a simple, clear way that would have given the boys a far more restful weekend last weekend - rather than them spending all weekend answering questions from worried shareholders.
c. I have been very pissed off with some of the things I have read - and, I want clarification on a few matters - so, I have always said that I call it as I see it on HC - no BS - so, if I am pissed off and I need clarification -then I can't in all honesty put my name to a 'buy' sentiment - when I am not 100% sure what the hell is going on.
d. I felt it would be absolutely dumb to put a 'buy' sentiment up - when I fully believed the SP was going to take a hit -------------- and, it did.
I was sitting with Parsifal and another shareholder and her partner when the poo hit the fan on Monday -------------- I saw the bottom - I was pretty certain - if I could have put a buy sentiment up then - that would have been honest - but, only in a technical sense.
There are 2 clear things --------------- the business - which my sentiment is strong -
and, the SP - which my sentiment is hold.
Why hold? --- because I don't know which way the manipulators are going at any one time -- and, if anyone even thinks there isn't manipulation going on here - just look at the course of sales and just look at the changes in the last week or so.
