The fact that 2c recovered so quickly reinforces the idea that it is a psychological bottom resistance level. It does appear to have consolidated but without news the only thing that could push SP back up is the fact that SP is the cheapest it's been for a long time while the fundamentals remain unchanged from when it was above 4c.
