How can it be safe if 33c is below cash in the bank? If they are burning through cash like no tomorrow, then it doesn't matter what the share price is......
In the quarter ended April 30 2016 1Page reported receipts from customers of just $94,000, compared to $5.2 million of operating expenses.
$40m cash in the bank won't last long at that rate.
