    What? You expect us to have nominated someone to be the dedicated "Govr's stupid questions answerer"? Not even sure where to start with this. It's an internet forum which, by definition, have multiple users
    From what I can gather you don't consider it to be a "sale" until the units are installed. Well rest assured, because the recent company updates included a picture of the site being prepared for installation, so they should be up and running very soon.
