You, like me have gone deep on BAL, visiting supermarkets are analysing every piece of news and HC comment. I got to the point of my holding affecting my mental health and decided to pull back, stop obsessing the fine details and sold down to a position where i don't feel the need to check the SP every second. I also bought some other stocks to distract me. That has been a zero sum game so far.
The funny thing is, the moment i let go and started selling, the SP started to rise! I've left some money on the table for sure, but made plenty too. Greed is a nasty thing...

BAL is still an awesome company on the start of its journey, it's worth holding some shares for the long, long term IMO.
