    Hi all, been a lurker here for ages but thought I'd finally chime in after this disgraceful act by the VIT management team.

    I bought in early as I believed in the fundamentals of the company - too bad management decided to sell us out. I sent them an email outlining my disappointment and suspicions of their actions and recommend we all do the same. Needless to say, I'll be voting NO.
