Hi Mr H,
For starters, it would be interesting to know what FJ's sell price would be. Everyone has a selling price. If this can be discussed in confidentiality, it would also give indication if a few on here will be prepared to pull together and establish an alliance ( be it FJ or whoever), provided that that big holder's sell price pretty much aligns or is acceptable to all the other retailers.
But there's no purpose in engaing in such discussion, approaching the table and say: Tim, this is me, I've been invested for many years, I hold x shares and would like to discuss blah blah blah. FJ wouldn't allow his secretary put the call through. But if there are a few on here, fully commited (of course there would have to be in/out arrangements for a committed retailer because life circumstances can change very quickly, thus requiring someone to withdraw because there is a serious need to sell) who jointly pool 100mil share, it just makes it much easier to approach the likes of a FJ.
Anonymity will be addressed. We might talk of a few, all of whom, it they get to make such commitment, wouldn't really care about each getting to know eachother because it will be a joint effort where trust will be key. Also, necessary CA can be put in place amongst all "participants" not to reveal any info/detail/names etc, even if one party had to withdraw due to forcing circumstance. As I say trust will be big on the agenda.
