I DO NOT believe any of your downramp speculation in regard to OTTO's motives or actions.
However I am sorry it is not working as I was waiting to top up (again) at .043!
In regard to OTTO management I have the highest regard for their business actions and motives , especially those of the CEO Matthew Allen; and I look forward to the time when the full story comes out.
I will be waiting for the facts to out!
