Its hard to say. TV2U claim to offer numerous services but maybe its not their tech but their ability to close deals is the issue. Tom was part of Divan negotiations due to his previous Ukraine links so I wonder if they announce stuff before its locked in, or if there are break clauses in the deals that they are not able to prevent triggering. Its a question for them.

I suspect TV2U are going to IBC Amsterdam with their fishing poles looking for a big fish again. If they have another 20 deals in the pipeline you would not imagine they would spend 50 - 100K of scarce capital on a trade show but instead focus on commercialising the deals already in the pipeline. IMO.
