I am a little confuses about your pre payment statement. Pre payments were - 5 M this Q

There was a statement that April NdPr prices were down in April because of off spec material. could you either cut and past statement or say top middle or bottom of page X so I can read what you are referring to.

Pre payment is where the buying company Pays for the product before it is shipped, usually when the PO is placed. It is a great way to raise cash when you need it. Most start ups do it and it is totally legal. Usually you give the customer better prices in exchange. the second biggest reason is Lynas would hold product in the warehouse to be shipped on a moments notice. I doubt Lynas would so this it actually hurts cash flow.


You can spot it easily on Q4 activities report page 3 just subtract Sales revenue from sales recipes (Cash) Now for Q4 this is -5M which is good because they are unwinding some of it. For FY 15 it was 6M + and for FY 16 again it was $6M +.
So this is $13M they will not receive when product is shipped. Plus if they gave price breaks a lower price.

This like several other things they do show up as positives in cash flow. But negatives in P&L and balance sheet. Think about Q1 and Q2 Amanda boasted about cash flow both Qs Semi annual report comes out and they lose $66M and stock holders equity is down to $68M. I think they will do better this half and only lose about $60M Now what would the equity be per share? $8M divide 3.5 B shares =?
