Re WFE - They said the same thing since they cancelled chinese fintech acq & management yet to delivered anything. SPP was at 0.002 and was with minimum amount and so believe another cap raise is on the card and as we know spec management do not miss any opportunity when SP goes up. They shoot out the CR bullet straight away.
