no communication at all until a replacement has been found in all levels of the centre, they are however quite good at introducing students that are on work placements. the last manager was there on a thursday then gone on the monday for "personal reasons". the current manager has sent out an email two days ago stating that she too is leaving for "personal reasons".

i am 100% certain that the current manager would not have sent parents an email advising of her decision to leave, it was quickly drafted and sent to the parents after i saw her position advertised as vacant on a prominent jobseeking website. i provided this link to a good old facebook page which was promptly removed....... then 30mins later a long winded email was sent.

in addition to advising parents of her leaving there was also imo a passive agressive dig at senior managements communication as she claims she was told that the position would be advertised internally. i can only assume this would avoid excess questioning as to wtf is going.

the manager at the start of the year had been there for a fair while and was very good at what she did. i do believe she has been promoted, her skills and ability to perform the job in itself does not nessisarily qualify someone to be able to upskill people to work as efficiently as they were in the same environment
