You obviously have had an unhappy experience with your childcare centre. Perhaps rather than talk about it on an investors' forum it would be more appropriate for you to make your complaints through the grievance procedures that the centre no doubt has in place.
An organisation as large as G8 Education would no doubt have complaints made against it from time to time (what big organisation doesn't?), but your anecdote really proves nothing about the company as a whole. Accordingly, it adds very little to the discussion about the company.
I feel sure I could (if I tried) find many parents who have good things to say about G8, but what would that prove?
At the end of the day this is an investor's forum and it would appear to me that G8 Education has, in the last 12 months , grown its business very professionally and I am, accordingly, a very happy shareholder.
