You're right, I was a little aggresive, no apologies though.
Regarding no one really having an idea, you're wrong about that, a lot of research solves this problem. Certain people talk about management being fantastic, Delux has shown you the facts of experience. I'm not saying the guys can't do it and I wish them well but the truth is Delux has just scratched the surface.
