I don't like this one bit . Relocation of locals can be an expensive process and what if they don't want to go ? Was apprehensive about investing in Mns due to delays with offtakes and financing but this takes the cake .Glad Mns's neighbor VRc holds mainly Gov land that is uninhabited!
