KBL got sold off because, some holders think that it would fold, thus they are protecting their capital by getting out early. However, the fact do not appear to point that way. The loan has been restructured that it now appears that it has now become a structured debt and would be repay as soon as possible. The haul road that brought in the ore has now been repaired and the plant can now continue on with their production. If that is the case, with gold price now about A$1800, profit could be substantial and the loan can be repaid within a year. With the tangible assets KBL has, it value could be closer to 20c, however its MC is only 7.66M and the SP 5c, it is certainly a high risk investment with high returns. DYOR, looking to get into it some time.
