If I was IK, at this point I would signal to shareholders and the market that the next CR, whenever it may be, will be a placement to existing holders only.

If there really is genuine interest from brokers, sophisticated investors etc, they will buy on market to get their piece of the action which will drive SP growth.

That would reward ALL existing holders equally and diminish the potential for influence of other interests.
