Spoke to Tom by phone yesterday and he remains just as committed as ever to holding the directors to account. The legal firm MDK has requested circa $100K to take on the case though at this point only 9 x SH's have deposited funds, including myself. Due to this low participation MDK are reluctant to continue until more funds are forthcoming. TB has requested they wait until after ASX delisting notification 31 Aug to see whether more SH's jump on board. He is contributing additional $15K of his own funds via sale of property to keep it moving. He also stated that a major share holder had withdrawn from the CA and appreared to be in private discussions with the administrator...? Lastly he believes that his banning from HC was due to him pushing the CA and feels he has been removed for that reason..
