Not really, 20c is nearly 10% more than the current price but still at record low as 50-60% of nickel producer are making a loss when nickel price was at 5-5.5US/lb as reported by the market so still a long way to go, given AVQ was look at 1.5% laterite nickel ore at 85US/t (now it's only around 40US/t) in October 2014.
