    No I said I doubt they will win the tenement given the 20% offer by AVQ and that it's possible it's not as attractive as when nickel price was in the 7-8US/lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They could try to apply for it out of spite though and continue the delay.
