Depends on how they will get the 33M AUD funding and whether they think it's a viable operation at this nickel price level, my opinion is no....they will continue to raise CR, use it for the next quarter for drilling and admin (i.e. wages) and use the drilling result to raise another CR for the following quarter until nickel price is at 6-6.5US/lb (which might take another 6-12 months).
Current nickel price it isn't enough to cover the start-up cost but hey, I could be very wrong.
