Yes something not gelling for me either.

Placement was apparently over subscribed. If so why didn't the buyers buy on market? If it was over subscribed we would see a lot more volume than of late, and at hopefully a higher SP.

Incor selling shares, regardless of the amount, why would they sell? Why would they sell now, when the end is supposedly near?

Where did the pump come from? From memory someone even brought 350k units in one hit @ 30 something cents. High volume days over the 30 cent bracket for nearly two weeks, well high volume for the past 12 months.

What I don't understand about the pump, is who were the buyers? They paid well over the placement price, and in fairly large parcels. Fundies wouldn't have done that, because there was no benefit for them. It did not come from a single entity, cause we didn't get a 3B for a new substantial holder, which would have been easily achieved from the volume. So who were the buyers?

Since 2011 everything from axiom comes out of left field. From SP spikes to getting the LOI void. We will see another left field event coming soon?
