Anyone tell me what just happened?, page-67

It is pretty obvious the correlation between the shorting and the share price as shown on the below chart. Just line it up - every time shorting increases they have managed to push share price down. Whenever they unwind it, the share price rapidly kicks up.



On the 4th of August or 6 days ago we were at 1.56% outstanding shorts or 18 million shares. When mac bank wrote the report they were just under 1.5% sou could have rounded down to 1% in their disclosures.

I would imagine after today which actually failed as buyers stepped in and absorbed the sells that that short could be closer to 2%.

The only way for the company to resolve this is to go to the UK prior DFS and push the stock there - as the DFS is clearly going to be positive v PFS.

The unwind in the short will be wonderful to watch

If they think that DFS by itself will resolve it they are totally wrong as Mac Bank (or whomever is shorting) has more money at their disposal than us.

I am still confused as to who is buying all these volumes. It is someone with a similar sized balance sheet.

Anyway seems like I might know what I am talking about... maybe this time management can resolve this problem earlier rather than let it get out of hand - after all you are shareholders as well.....

Without the shorting our share price would be at 74 cents right now based on my calcs.
