No consol required - yet. Don't think it will come to that in the short to mid term.
They are preparing funds....who knows, maybe something else in the pipeline also other than Argentina ? @elee , to answer your last question - it is possible the CR Ann due Monday could also incorporate further news as to why the raise is required. I agree, it is a bit back the front - but maybe we get a double whammy on Monday
