Not long ago at 8.5c the institutional investors were climbing all over this stock.
Now we have the biggest announcements pending in the companies history and the SP is stuck at 8c.
You would think the institutions would be all over this but their investment rules are cast in stone and maybe DOC will be the trigger.
This capper trades with only a handful of shares and can hold this stock back that's the amazing thing.
We need an announcement badly. Not much longer to wait guys !
