I'm not sure what makes you so confident about the launch including the USA or even Australia. I was in Myer in Bourke St, Melbourne today talking about the SKII wand (at the SKII Display) and was told not to expect the wand in Australia for "many years, if ever", due to it requiring TGA approval. The person seemed genuine and wished they could get it in. Also said that there were similar regulatory hurdles stopping it being released in the USA. They insisted that it would only be available in Asia. When I asked who had provided this information I was told "SKII". Take from that what you will. I am just reporting back what I was told so don't shoot the messenger.
