if this was to fall through then the market will be aware of it already ( i would be surprise if the asx wasn't smart enough to sniff it out and slap it with a 17.2). given that it seems to be early next week that i'll be expecting the ann to drop or the week after (tom seems to like to post ann's early in the week)
